RETHINKING TRAUMA SURGERY

BUILDING THE METAVERSE OF ORTHOPAEDIC IMPLANTS

At CustomSurg, we are tackling one of the biggest challenges in modern-day orthopaedic surgery: complex joint fractures.

Repairing a joint, shattered into pieces, takes thousands of hours of training and can only be mastered by the most skilled trauma surgeons. Unfortunately, current clinical outcomes after complex articular trauma are often unsatisfying, with 1 in 4 patients suffering from severe post-operative complications.

We are on a mission to change this!

Helping surgeons choose and implement the best treatment strategy avoids complications, reduces treatment time and improves surgical outcomes.

Technology

Leading Research Centers

Our technology leverages data to make complex trauma surgery objective & predictable.

Invented at ETH Zurich and Harvard Medical School, our groundbreaking technology* (*patent pending), enables data-based development of personalized surgical planning & operative implementation as well as patient-specific implant design.

AI Driven

Optimizing each case based on a data-driven biomechanical optimization process, we can change the treatment strategy of complex bone fractures from a subjective to an objective approach.

This offers surgeons, implant manufacturers and health systems a huge potential for safer, shorter, and more effective trauma surgery.
